The firm is managed by Mr. Karsten Mertens, who learned his trade in Marketing and Economics in Germany. After some years of gathering valuable professional
experience in Germany, he was transferred to the U.S. and later to Canada. Since then he has occupied leading management positions
in Canada and the U.S..
Mr. Mertens is on the Board of Directors of Canadian-German
Chamber of Industry & Commerce (IHK), a member of the Toronto Board of Trade as well as the Rotary Club
